WHAT ARE THE ULYANA ASTER HAIR EXTENSIONS?
​The ULYANA ASTER hair extensions are very easy to apply to your hair and will blend in effortlessly through the use of the invisible, adjustable elastic band. The invisible band sits on your head and is unnoticeable. Rather than attaching directly to the hair, the hidden band uses the weight of your hair to cover and securely hold the extensions, and can be put on and taken off within seconds. These extensions are perfect for any hair style; whether you want a formal up-do or a casual bun, or even to just let it out and show off your locks, the ULYANA ASTER hair extensions are suitalbe for all styles.

Our design also includes 4 clips into the extensions for a more secure hold. Our clips are 28mm long with silicon tubing. This ensures they maintain a stronger and longer lasting grip. They can also be removed easily if they are not needed.

HOW LONG DO THE EXTENSIONS LAST ?
​Depending on how often the hair extensions are worn as well as how well they are looked after, they have an average life of 9 months. If the extensions are looked after properly, it can be anywhere from up to a year or more. Avoid excessive heat, excessive washing and excessive brushing. Being that this is a Human Hair product, there is no specific guaranteed time frame that the ULYANA ASTER extensions will last. This is an estimate based on the best quality care being given to the ULYANA ASTER hair extensions.

CAN I STRAIGHTEN, CURL, CUT AND WASH THE ULYANA ASTER HAIR EXTENSIONS?
​Absolutely. You can do anything to them that you would do to your own hair, but do remember to treat them with the same care too. However, because the hair is not attached to your scalp, it won’t receive the natural oils and therefore does not need the washing as often as your hair. Aim to wash the extensions every 2-4 months or when there is a lot of product build up. If possible, stay away from shampoos and conditions containing sulfate.

HOW LONG SHOULD THE EXTENSIONS BE?
​Our hair extensions are 24” and we recommend to take them to a professional hair dresser in order to cut and layer them to blend in with your hair. If you wish, you can absolutely cut them yourself in a way that best suits you. Lengths of 16” and 20” are coming soon.

HOW SHOULD I BRUSH THEM?
​Using a soft, gentle brush, start at the ends and gradually work your way up in a downward motion.

CAN I DYE THE HAIR EXTENSIONS?
​If you decide to dye the extensions, its best to dye them only a few shades darker than your own hair. We recommend salon assistance in dying your hair and extensions to avoid damage or a wrong colour combination.

HOW DO I STYLE MY ULYANA ASTER HAIR EXTENSIONS?
​Inside the box you will find a hair extensions hanger. By hanging your extensions on it, you can easily curl or straighten the hair. Please see the video for a demonstration.

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE HAIR EXTENSIONS COLOUR?
​Even if the colours are slightly different, layering the extensions into the hair (by going to a hair dresser or doing it yourself) allows it to blend seamlessly with your natural colour. Please note that the colours displayed on the computer screen may vary slightly to how they look in real life. Lighting on your phone, computer, and in the photos can alter the appearance of hair colours. If this is an issue for you, we will be happy to exchange your extensions in line with our exchange policy.

WILL THESE HAIR EXTENSIONS DAMAGE MY NATURAL HAIR?
​There is no tension, burning or stretching. This means your hair will be left healthy and undamaged.
